This is the first time an All-Star weekend will be hosted in a city north of the boarder. And these jerseys pay homage to the historical feat. The simple look and design of the uniform was inspired by the uniforms worn during the first ever NBA game in 1946 between the Toronto Huskies and the New York Knickerbockers. The jerseys also have other distinct Canadian features like a maple leaf crest, the Toronto skyline on the back of the jersey, and the Raptor claw carved into the star of the shorts.
Adidas also unveiled the kicks their athletes will rocking on the court during the weekend. The Crazylight Boost 2.5 is the first edition in the Aurora Borealis collection for NBA All-Star.
The jerseys range from $70-$110, depending on the material, and go on sale January 21st just in time for the game on February 14th.
